This high cabinet with playful compartments has as a basis the FSC-certified ash wood and ash doors combined with a black metal base (height of 15 cm). The interior of the cabinet is laminated chipboard in the color black. Ash wood is a slightly soft wood type with a tight, straight grain. The straight grain pattern ensures that ash wood can be bent well, this makes ash wood very suitable for the furniture industry. Treated ash wood is strong and durable, but untreated ash wood can show a lot of movement and quickly yellow. Sanded ash wood provides a neat, smooth look. Brushed ash has more character and band sawn ash has a very robust and rough look.
The Gravure tall cabinet has a height of 200 cm, width of 100 cm and depth of 37 cm. Behind the two doors there is a shelf, the height of the two compartments is 25 cm. The lying open compartments, at the top of the cabinet are 31 cm high and the width 64 cm. The standing compartments are 64 cm high and 31 cm wide. This cabinet has a weight of 44 kg.
Treated ash is easy to clean with a slightly damp, clean cloth. Stains on untreated ash wood can be resolved with an absorbent, clean cloth. For stubborn stains ash wood can be easily re-treated. Sand the wood to 180 grit, then protect the ash wood with an oil, wax, varnish or stain of your choice. Untreated ash wood is not suitable for outdoor placement.
